Why did your organization decide to support The Outdoorist Oath?

We not only believe in the diversity of The Outdoorist Oath team but in their mission,and want to do what we can to help them spread planet, inclusion and adventure to more folks! We believe in the power of The Outdoorist Oath's framework of workshops, stretch sessions, and creating a community of diverse yet like-minded change-makers. The intersectionality of the Oath framework is something we stand behind and want to see more of.

How does Public Lands Fund show up for Planet, Inclusion, and Adventure?

Our mission is to support organizations protecting public lands and increasing access and equity in the outdoors. We provide grants to local and national organizations who are doing work at that intersection of conservation and inclusivity. We seek to support diverse-led organizations and to be a holistic partner, learning what the needs are of the organization we're supporting, intending to partners for the long-term, and being open to new ways of partnering beyond granting.
